Regardless of whether you prefer the sun or the snow, there's plenty to do around South Fork!

Many of the nearby towns, Pagosa Springs, Creede, Del Norte, and Monte Vista, offer shopping, food, and other forms of fun.

Creede, a former mining town, is home to an underground mining museum, and is the start of a breathtaking drive through the mountains on their mining ruins tour. Creede is also home to the renowned Creede Repertory Theatre, holding performances of all kinds year round!

Pagosa Springs is home to the Pagosa Hot Springs, and the drive over is rife with breathtaking views!

Open year round, Pagosa Springs' Hot Springs are the perfect place to relax. Whether resting your muscles after yesterday's adventure, or simply resting in the soothing waters, there is nothing like relaxing in hot springs while watching snow fall around you.
Open year round, Pagosa Hot Springs offer pools of various temperatures ranging from 65 to 135 degrees! The pools are measured and marked each morning, and the minerals found in the waters are great for your hair and skin.

Or grab some trail mix and explore the foothills right outside our back door, while the fishermen in your party catch fresh trout for dinner in the Rio Grande River just down the road.
